WHAT ARE MY PROGRAM EXPERIENCE OPTIONS?

We are pleased to provide group coaching + 1:1 social visioning experiences for leaders :

• Group Coaching: 10 week group program with a dedicated curriculum and community to achieve your goals
  
• Social Vision: 1:1 time with HKC leaders for a more hands on experience
  

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I ENROLL IN A GROUP COACHING EXPERIENCE?

Group experiences (outside of Corporate Partnerships) are only available at select times of year, for a small number of participants - so make sure you sign up as these experiences are available. You can join our mailing list to stay up to date.

Please make payment and enroll with a google account. You’ll be sent a welcome email to that account and access to the experience you've selected.

The programs currently operate via Google Suite for course materials, workbooks, and extra content so having a google account makes it easier to engage and get everything in one place!

I'M SO BUSY. HOW LONG IS THE TIME COMMITMENT UNTIL I SEE RESULTS IN A GROUP COACHING PROGRAM?

Our group coaching courses are guaranteed to get you results within 10 weeks provided that you WORK the system. We even provide a weekly breakdown to help you pace your progress.

The essence of leadership development and any sort of change is that it doesn't happen overnight or alone. This is why we recommend and design our content to enable and support change that lasts, and community building.

WHAT ABOUT WITH 1:1 OPTIONS (COACHING, PROGRAM MANAGMENT, OR ADVISORY)?

All 1:1 interactions are considered “Social Visioning” where we will spend time determining your needs, the exact focus of our time, and taking action.

This advisory can entail traditional coaching, project management, and risk management. We can navigate across the whole project management spectrum from research, to planning, execution, and agile learning. The scope will depend on your needs, budget and sustainability. The BCorp Certification process also falls under this area.

HOW DO I GIFT AN EXPERIENCE TO SOMEONE?

How thoughtful of you! We love to see that at HKC. Please send us an email in advance to info@hawakombianconsulting.com communicating which experiences you plan to purchase, and the name and contact info of the person or people you wish to gift the course to. During our communication, we will confirm and let you know when payment has been received, and reach out to your recipients with you in BCC of the message so that you know that they have received your gift.
